Annual Reports

As required by law, an annual report which reviews the operations of the Secretary of State's office is submitted to the governor. The mission of the Office of the Secretary of State is to effectively and efficiently serve the public by performing statutory duties to ensure the integrity of elections, facilitate business filings, protect consumers against securities fraud, preserve public records and to promote awareness and education in these and related areas.
