Shall the People of the City of Boulder City enact the following new Chapter to Title 9 of the Boulder City Municipal Code
CONTENT FOR DIVERSION OR CHANGE OF ROUTE OF HIGHWAY
Whenever it is determined by the governmental entities concerned the a new bridge will be constructed over the Colorado River near Hoover Dam, and the State of Nevada, after the required studies and investigations, conclude that a new highway, connecting the existing freeway that terminates near Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino to the new bridge approach is desirable, and if the preferred routing of this new highway, as determined by the required studies, meets the following criteria:
- It is south of the Boulder City Airport;
- It is at least three-fourths (3/4) of one mile from any existing residence in Boulder City; and
- At least two (2) interchanges will be provided to serve Boulder City, and just east and one just west of Boulder City and configured to permit all traffic the option to use the existing highway through Boulder City (heavy trucks may be prohibited) or the new highway around Boulder City;

Initiative to amend the Boulder City Charter
Should the Boulder City Charter be amended to provide that; 1) sales, leases, exchanges or dispositions of City-owned land of one acre or more must be approved by the voters of the City; 2) proceeds from the sale or City-owned land of any size and lease of City-owned land of one acre or more, except interest on time-payment sales, be deposited in the Capital Improvement Fund; 3) proceeds from the lease of less than one acre, including interest on time-payment sales, or City-owned land shall be apportioned in the ratio of 20% to the current operational expenses of the City, 20% to the Capital improvement Fund and 60% dived between the Capital Improvement Fund and current operational expenses as determined by the City Council; and 4) sections of the Charter permitting the City Council to convey or lease land on terms deemed satisfactory to the Council to charitable organizations and exempting cemetery lots from appraisal, advertising and ordinance requirements be repealed?

Caliente (Lincoln County)

In the City of Henderson at the Primary City Election, three City Council seats and one Municipal Court Judge position were on the ballot.
