Candidates

Once you file as a candidate, you are required to file a Financial Disclosure within 10 days after the last day of close of candidate filing.

Elected Officials

Elected Officials
All state and local elected officials, pursuant to NRS 281, are required to file an annual financial disclosure report with the Secretary of State by January 15th of each year. Failure to file such a form may result in a civil penalty.
