Ceremonial Charters and Certificates of Good Standing

Back by popular demand, Secretary of State Ross Miller’s Commercial Recordings Division is once again offering the colored charters and certificates of good standing that were provided prior to the 2005 implementation of its e-SoS processing system. These ceremonial charters or certificates, printed on the Secretary of State’s unique, colored charter paper, are suitable for framing.

Ceremonial charters and certificates may be ordered through our Copies Division via e-mail at copies@sos.nv.gov or fax at 775-684-5645, or through our Customer Service Division at 775-684-5708.  The cost for a colored charter or certificate will be $100.00 per charter.

Ceremonial charters and certificates may also be ordered at the time formation documents are processed. Customers must indicate on their order instructions the number of ceremonial charters or certificates they wish to purchase, accompanied by $100 for each                                                    requested.
